About us

Al-Hanaa is a small roastery. Nuts, seeds and legumes arrive here raw and leave roasted and packed, in parcels to customers across Germany.

Roasting is done by hand. There is no automatic roasting programme, we run every batch ourselves.

Our roastery in Markkleeberg is a workshop, not a shop. You order online, and we either ship your order or hold it ready for you to collect.

We supply restaurants, delicatessens and resellers on request. Write to us through the contact page.
