How we roast
Our small roastery in Markkleeberg is a workshop, not a shop. Everything is roasted and packed here, and your order sets off from here.
Raw
We start with the raw product. Nuts, seeds and legumes arrive raw, and the roasting happens here.
Roasted by hand
The roaster does not run itself. We run every batch ourselves, with no automatic programme.
Packed and shipped
Then we pack the goods and send them off, anywhere in Germany.
