Description
Sweet, crunchy and a little like a treat from the Christmas bakery: roasted almonds in a sugar coating that crackles softly when you bite into it. They go well with coffee or tea, make a pretty little gift to bring along, and give ice cream, quark and pudding a crunchy finish. In a jar or a bag tied with a ribbon they also look the part as a present. For guests, a nice bowl is all it takes. We roast the almonds in small batches in our roastery in Markkleeberg and send them across Germany.
