Description
Pistachios in the shell are a snack for slowing down: break the shell, take out the kernel, enjoy. These ones are roasted and unsalted and taste mild, nutty and gently sweet. They suit a night in front of the television, game night and a cup of tea, and because cracking takes time, you get more out of every handful. A small bowl for the empty shells simply belongs with them, and on the table when guests are over they quickly start a conversation. We roast the pistachios in small batches in our roastery and ship them across Germany.

- Break the shell open with your fingers at the seam, take out the kernel and do not eat the shell.
- Keep a small bowl ready for the empty shells.
- Close open bags well and store them dry, cool and protected from light.
